Payment:
At Sekin you can pay with the following payment cards: Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, American Express, MobilePay and Paypal. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped. All prices at Sekin are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT.
Gift card
Gift cards issued on the webshop can be redeemed at checkout. If you have problems with redemption, please contact us at info@sekin.dk - We will be happy to help you further.
Delivery
At Sekin we strive for fast delivery, which means that orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Longer delivery times may occur in connection with holidays, special activities/events and offers. If the items you have ordered are unexpectedly not in stock, we will contact you by email or phone.
We ship all Danish orders with GLS, which typically has a delivery time of 1-2 business days. On-time delivery requires that GLS adhere to their same-day delivery.
In our webshop you can choose between the following delivery methods:
GLS to the nearest parcel shop 45kr, GLS to business 70kr, GLS to private address 70kr and free pickup at our studio in Grenaa.
For purchases of 1000 kr and above, shipping with GLS to a parcel shop is free.
We will send you an email with a tracking number when your package has been submitted to GLS. If you have chosen in-store pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
International shipments:
International parcels will be delivered by carrier to your nearest parcel shop for pickup. When a parcel shop is not available in your area the parcel is delivered to your address. The shipping cost will be calculated when you have placed your order and you will receive a separate invoice for the shipping cost.
Your order will be shipped insured and you will receive track&trace no., when the courier has picked up the parcel from us.
Right of withdrawal
Sekin offers a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive your goods.
Goods that are to be returned must be unused and in original, unbroken and intact packaging.
Yarn must be returned as yarn and must not have been rolled into yarn balls.
You will be responsible for the return costs yourself.

Responsibility for the returned goods only passes to Sekin upon receipt in the store. We therefore recommend that you pack your goods carefully and send them as an insured package with, for example, GLS or PostNord.
Remember to save your shipping receipt as documentation that the goods have been shipped and handed over to the shipping company.
If you return the entire order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs.
If you received free shipping and after returning it no longer meets the conditions for free shipping, the shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.
For uncollected packages or packages where receipt is refused, return costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible.
We will only refund to the credit card that the goods were purchased with. This is to prevent the illegal use of stolen credit cards .
Right of withdrawal on digital products/recipes
There is no right of withdrawal for digital goods.
By purchasing digital products/recipes and accepting our terms and conditions, you also accept that your 14-day right of return on the digital product lapses.
Complaint
All goods are covered by the Danish Sales Act's rules on a 24-month right of complaint. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about defects and deficiencies in the goods that have arisen within 24 months of purchase. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/defect.
The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear that occur due to incorrect use, incorrect washing and care of textiles, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. In case of complaints, defects or non-delivery, please contact us by email: info@sekin.dk
An approved complaint will of course be credited with the costs incurred in returning the item.
Discounts and offers
Discounts and offers only apply to items that are in stock. Discounts and offers cannot be used when purchasing gift cards or on shipping and handling.
Security
At Sekin, all communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that only the payment acquirer has access to your data. Neither Sekin nor any other unauthorized party has the ability to see the data exchanged during a purchase. Your personal contact information is 100% confidential at Sekin, and we guarantee that no one else can access it. You can read more under our privacy policy.
Reservations
Sekin reserves the right to make reservations for printing errors, typos, out-of-stock items, and changes in VAT and taxes. Any offers are valid while stocks last or for the specified and specified period. Sekin reserves the right to reject a transaction and possibly request payment via bank transfer - this in an effort to avoid credit card fraud.
